Ripped Paper

Ripped Paper is a young 4 piece band phenomenon consisting of Logan Richard on guitar and lead vocals, Stephan LeClair on base, Connor Nabuurs on drums and Tanuj Fernando on keyboards. At only 13 years of age and in Grade 8, Ripped Paper smoked Victoria Row in Charlottetown in the summer of 2012 with their own brand of rhythm and blues.  They create a fresh sound based on traditional genres that are way beyond their years. Their featured track is a song entitled ‘‘I’m Not Lyin' “which is included on their new up and coming release of 2013.

Destranged

Its hard not to sound cliché, but guess what?  We are different… Well, we think so!  To some music is Art, and for others, it’s Entertainment.  To us… It’s Life!  We’ve worked hard to make it everything.  We strive to excel each and every day at our craft… Plus we have lots of fun in the process.

All members of Destranged were born and raised in Newfoundland, and found each other through their passion for music in the northern parts of the country.  With their traditional roots and love for genuine rock n’ roll, they blend their cultural background with their influences to give an edgy rock vibe.
Dana Reid

Growing up in the small town of Old Shop, Newfoundland, Dana's love of music began at an early age, whether it was playing piano or absorbing the likes of Carole King and Cat Stevens. Her introduction to guitar also brought on a serious passion for songwriting which has taken her from the stages of England to Ontario, and back home to St. John's.

Dana's first recording 'Inside Out' was released in 2006 followed by 'A Good Kind Of Rain' in 2011 which received positive reviews and earned her a Music NL Nomination for Female Artist Of The Year. ‘A Good Kind Of Rain’ musically draws from her many influences and the lyrics are a definitive tapestry of her personal life's gains, trials, loss, and beginnings. Dana is currently preparing for her third recording sometime in 2013.
